  • Yes! Customizable Artisan Farm to Table sandwich boxes OR chopped salads are included for each guest provided by Nibbles N Bites! Our guest will choose between four different sandwich options or three different salads. We can also accommodate vegan, gluten free, or dairy free diets. Charcuterie boards are available at an additional cost.

  • You will receive an email reminder of your booking the day before your scheduled picnic. We ask that you show up to your scheduled picnic location 10 minutes prior for the check in process. If you have any questions or concerns leading up to your scheduled picnic, feel free to reach out to us by call, text, or email! We are more than happy to help with directions, parking, or other concerns regarding your picnic experience.

  • Depending on the time of the year will determine our Picnic schedule. We offer both Afternoon and Sunset Picnic options on most days. We recommend checking out our calendar and booking your picnic in advance to guarantee availability.

  • We understand that life happens, and things come up, but we do ask that you give us a 48-hour notice of cancellation for a full refund.

    For weather-related cancellations, you will not be charged for the remainder of the picnic cost and will only be charged for the cost of food.

    A $50.00 deposit is required at time of booking and this payment is NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason, including weather related cancelations, but this deposit will be used towards the food cost if your picnic is rained out.

  • Our picnic packages begin at 1.5 hours in duration. Adding additional time to your picnic is available! Pricing will be determined by number of guests, time of year, and time of day.

  • Here in the Lowcountry our weather can change quickly, especially in the hot summer months.

    If rain is in the forecast for your picnic, we will adjust the start time of your picnic or move it to another day. If you are unable to reschedule or the weather doesn’t make rescheduling possible, then you will be responsible for the food cost, and we can deliver the food to you.

    Even if the weather is less than perfect, there's no reason to give up on your picnic dream! Indoor picnics can be just as fun as outdoor picnics.

  • We do not provide alcoholic beverages for picnic experiences. We follow all State and Local laws and regulations regarding public parks and facilities.

    The town of Bluffton prohibits the consumption/possession of alcohol in public parks.

  • Yes, we encourage creativity here at Coastal Picnic! If you aren’t feeling one of our package themes, then we will be more than happy to work with you to make your picnic dreams come true! (Additional charges may apply.)
